WHO WE ARE
Rohan Tooling Solutions Pvt Ltd (sister concern of SS Traders - established in 1984), is engaged in the manufacturing of standard and special tools for various applications across multiple industries. We work extensively with the most demanding customers, and the professionalism acquired through continuous research of innovative technologies has enabled us to become a renowned name in North India as a high-quality special tools producer. In consideration of the same, we have set up a new plant with new machines of latest cutting-edge technology to offer a complete range of basket of products with Solid Carbide, PCD & PCBN. We produce all kinds of Solid Carbide, PCD & PCBN tools. We select the correct type of base material for each type of material to be machined. We discuss solutions with our customers to improve the production process, with 3D simulations of the tool from the workpiece design, and we re-sharpen all our tools on request.

Thanks to over 25 years of experience in the Cutting tools industry (when we joined hands with SANDVIK COROMANT) & Lubricants industry that has made us a leader in our field of work, we have extensive experience that allows us to produce any kind of special customized tool in addition to having a full range of standard products (drills, milling tools, reamers, thread mills, ball nose) - carbide brazed or full carbide, PCD & PCBN. Our production range includes all types of shapes & geometries of tools, adapting different rake cutting angles according to the material to work on. Materials are selected in order to ensure the best performance from our tools, with a different kind of grain according to the material to work.
